Who are we

Compliance Group is headed up by Johnny Nielsen and Henrik Rudolf.

We both have many years experience from leading software companies such as IBM Software Group. Compliance Group is the result of a joint ambition to work closely with customers and make a visible difference for companies that buy our knowledge. 

 

 

Johnny Nielsen (born 1961)
I founded Compliance Group back in 2007. I worked several years as a Senior Sales Executive in the IBM Software Group, responsible for large financial accounts in Denmark, Iceland and the Faroe Islands. I was part of the IBM business partner environment for more than 15 years with management and key account responsibilities.

I have an educational background from the Danish Tax Authorities. I hold a series of relevant, professional software certifications and management diplomas. I was recently certified as a Prince2 Foundation Project Manager.

Henrik Rudolf (born 1964)
I am partner within the Compliance Group. An important part of my career has been within the IBM Software Group, first as a responsible for the Lotus software partner environment and later as a Senior Sales Executive, responsible for selected enterprise customers in Denmark. I have worked for several years in the business partner environment as a project sales manager.

I am a Bachelor of Commerce from the Copenhagen Business School. I hold a series of relevant, software certifications as well as sales and management diplomas I was recently certified as a Prince2 Foundation Project Manager.
